Leanne Meyer

Through leadership education, custom executive coaching processes, and keynote experiences, my work focuses on assisting leaders navigate critical inflection points where many have outgrown their professional identity and, given the demands and responsibility of their roles, need to change their perspectives regarding what is important and accordingly, how they spend their time and what new skill sets and behaviors they develop.

My journey began in South Africa, where I was specifically influenced by the events in my home country, which ignited my interest in the possibility for human change and transformation. I have applied and built my change-agent skills in South Africa, England, Ireland, and now America.

I consult and coach regularly, and clients include such companies as Salesforce, GlaxoSmithKline, McKesson, Alcoa, Bayer, SAP, the American Bar Association, UBS, EQT, Highmark and UPMC,

I am the Program Director of the Carnegie Mellon Leadership and Negotiation Academy for Women, and Director of Leadership Development at the Tepper School of Business at CMU.

My calling is to help leaders make sense of their lives through the reclamation of passion and purpose. My overarching goal is the advancement of women.

I hold a Master├óÔé¼Ôäós degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.

Specialties: Leadership Development; Keynote Speaking; Executive Coaching; Women's Leadership Development; Men as Allies initiatives; Women, Work, Identity.
