Mock Networking Night

Learn how to survive "Circles of Death" when Recruiting, and how to THRIVE in a large, busy, and uncomfortable networking environment.

What is Mock Networking Night?

This event provides an opportunity to interact with 44 different companies in a Mock Recruiting Scenario. Your 2nd years will be representing their respective companies that they interned at this summer, acting as alumni. You will practice "Circles of Death," Elevator Pitches, Tell Me About Yourself (TMAY), and gain knowledge about these amazing companies.

How should I prepare?
1) [Required] Watch the below 15 minute video to learn best practices for both Corporate Presentations as well as Networking Events.

2) On the attached list, identify a minimum of 6 companies (3 per round) that you want to meet and get to know.

3) Research the companies and industries prior.

Unless you have extenuating person circumstances, this is a required event. Dress code is Business Casual.
