Participants will gain an understanding of how others experience them in a conflict situation and explore their own conflict management styles. Assisted by an assessment instrument, you will reflect on your natural conflict management style and learn how you can use those instincts to best serve your professional goals. Prework: Completion of the assessment instrument.
