Part-time Leadership Immersion Workshop, Option 10: Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Is technical expertise enough? Do you possess the interpersonal skills and intrapersonal qualities required for excellence at work – most especially leadership? Participants in this workshop will complete an assessment and receive feedback regarding their EQ (i.e., emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves,develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way) and will learn about the importance of emotional intelligence to effective performance and leadership. Prework: Approximately 30 minutes to complete the EQ-i 2.0.
