Through the academic year, BGSO provides graduate students with cultural, academic, and professional support. BGSO inspires its members to be active leaders in both the CMU and Pittsburgh communities.
BGSO members represent various ethnic backgrounds and academic disciplines across the CMU campus. BGSO believes that under-represented students and faculty members deserve a voice in all aspects of academic life on our campus community. We are committed to support, service and fellowship.
