The Due Diligence Workshop will be the first of three workshops that will help you prepare and be ready to compete in the Venture Capital Investment Competition. Come learn the basics of Due Diligence, which is one of the most critical steps in successful M&A, PE & VC deals. The goal of the workshop is to learn how to avoid hidden traps associated with the business under consideration. We are privileged to have Drew Morris from LifeX Ventures run this workshop, so you do not want to miss this!
