Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA): Conference, Treks, and Pre-MBA Summit
Tepper Out&Allied is a ROMBA affiliate club, and our students can network with 1,800 LGBTQ MBAs as well as LGBTQ business leaders and recruiters at the annual Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Conference in the fall every year. A career counselor from the Tepper Master Career Center accompanies us to ROMBA as we meet fellow MBA students from across the country and companies interested in recruiting top LGBTQ and active ally students.

Due to COVID-19, this year's conference is being held virtually during October 2&3,8-10. LGBTQ Tepper students can register for this year's ROMBA conference at this link. Contact our board members for our affiliate club code!
ROMBA also hosts a summit and school expo for Pre-MBA LGBTQ prospective students at the ROMBA Conference. Register now!

Admitted Tepper students are invited to network with LGBTQ leaders and MBAs at top finance, marketing, consulting, and tech companies in the summer prior to joining Tepper through ROMBA Treks. These treks offer LGBTQ Tepper first-year students an up close and personal view of top companies in a variety of sectors. Join a trek with this rolling application through ROMBA.
