Sudhindra Gowripeddi

President

Hi, I’m Sudhindra! I have volunteered for nonprofit organizations since my undergrad and joined Pro Bono Consulting Club in my first year to give back to the Pittsburgh community. Before Tepper, I completed my under graduation in Economics and Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science. After college, I spent the last five years as a Data Scientist at Cisco and worked with multiple clients in Telecom, Banking, IT, and Smart City services. I am an amateur astronomer, and in my free time, I conduct star-gazing events for school kids & college students to promote astronomy as a hobby. I also serve on the board of the Tepper Consulting Club. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions!

Post Tepper, she plans to continue her journey towards curating socially-conscious marketing in D2C/B2C. Outside of Tepper, you will find Hanisha organizing karaoke nights, hanging out with furry friends, or searching for pepperminty drinks around Pittsburgh.

Yash Dubey

VP Growth

Hello, I am Yash Dubey. Before starting my MBA journey at Tepper, I worked in Strategy Consulting with KPMG, where I solved pressing problems for Government and Public Sector clients and helped them define strategies to improve efficiency & profitability. After four incredible years with KPMG, I joined one of the fastest-growing state governments in India to lead the Digital Transformation initiatives in the state. By putting myself in the shoes of the client, I was able to understand better the challenges that come with executing and implementing strategies that I designed as a management consultant at KPMG, helping me evolve into a better-equipped strategy consultant. PBC has been instrumental in advancing social impact, building the capacity of non-profit organizations, and supporting community development. It has helped me test my consulting toolkit and expertise to make a positive impact in the Pittsburgh community.

Rushika Mangrola

VP Corporate Engagement

Greetings, my name is Rushika Mangrola. I spent my formative years in Mumbai, India where I obtained a degree in computer engineering. Prior to joining Tepper, I garnered approximately five years of experience as a consultant in the areas of analytics and technology. During my time at Fractal, a preeminent analytics company in India, I engaged in complex data problem-solving for multinational consumer products clients to assist them in making well-informed strategic decisions. After enjoying three productive years at Fractal, I embarked on an opportunity with Vera Solutions to aid social-impact clients in streamlining their operations and increasing operational efficiency by integrating digital solutions into their processes. I chose to attend Tepper to further develop my business acumen and leadership skills. I am pursuing concentrations in strategy, finance, and business technologies. Beyond academics, I relish traveling, playing sports, and practicing meditation. The Pro Bono Club at Tepper has given my MBA journey deeper significance by allowing me to volunteer with non-profit organizations and small businesses. I am eagerly looking forward to contributing to the future of this club.

Tony Thornton

VP Finance

Hello! I’m Tony! I am the VP of Finance for the PBC and have really enjoyed my time as both a club and board member. I joined the PBC to give back to the Pittsburgh community (my hometown!) and gain real-world exposure to consulting. Before Tepper, I received a degree in finance from Penn State University and spent four years with PNC Financial Services Group. I worked within the Treasury Management department in both sales and strategic roles. As a native-Pittsburgher, I love all things Pittsburgh and would love to talk to you about the city, Tepper, and the PBC!

Vivian Ma

VP Client Outreach

Hi! My name is Vivian and I currently serve as PBC's VP of Client Outreach. Prior to Tepper, I worked in public health administration at the local government level and I'm looking to transition into healthcare consulting post-MBA. I joined PBC because it's an awesome opportunity to apply what I am learning in the classroom to the real-world while allowing me to give back to the community in a meaningful way. Outside of class and PBC, I enjoy photography, pottery, hiking, going to concerts, and playing badminton. Looking forward to getting know everyone!
