McKinsey Networking Breakfast for 2nd Years

Come and meet consultants from McKinsey & Company and learn more about the Firm! Breakfast and coffee will be provided. Participating students will have the opportunity to interact with current McKinsey consultants in two round table sessions.

Registration will open Monday August 29, 9:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM. Registration is limited to 60 students. If the limit is not reached at 6:00 PM, then registration will remain open until all slots are filled.

Participants will be split between two sessions: 9-10 AM and 10-11 AM.

If the participant limit is exceeded by the August 29, 6:00 PM deadline, then a randomization procedure will be implemented as described below. All entries will go to the waiting list, and from there the 60 attendees will be randomly drawn into the two sessions.

Randomization will be performed by moving the list into a Google Sheet.
1) A random function RAND() will be used to generate a decimal between 0 and 1.
2) The list will then be organized from HIGHEST to LOWEST, with the highest number getting the first slot.
3) The Wait List will sequence will also be determined from the sorted randomized list.
4) After, all odd numbers will go to the 9-10 AM session and all event numbers are assigned to the 10-11 AM group.
