About Us
2024-25 TCC Board

Caroline Campbell

President

Hi! I'm Caroline and I'm from Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior to Tepper, I attended Purdue University and spent 5+ years in tech consulting. I came to Tepper to build on my business foundations and pivot to strategy consulting, and I have loved every second so far! The TCC played a major role in my recruiting journey by providing structured support throughout. I want to pay it forward, contribute to Tepper's consulting legacy and set the future classes up for success. Outside of Tepper, you can find me running (slowly), hiking, cooking, and reading!

Robert Jordan

VP of Professional Development

Hi, I go by Rob. I grew up in Vancouver, Canada, where I studied Geological Engineering and Commerce at the University of British Columbia. I worked for a global Engineering Services firm, eventually moving to Australia to lead our company expansion there. After making a career switch to Engineering Design Consulting, I spent several years working on and leading projects in the mining industry across Australia and Papua New Guinea. I am passionate about the outdoors and spend most of my spare time outside running, hiking, or biking. The TCC did an incredible job supporting my transition to Consulting and I look forward to continuing that legacy this year.

Anurag Salandri

VP of Professional Development

Hi, my name is Anurag! I grew up in Columbus, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where I studied Psychology. Prior to Tepper, I spent 4 years with an education nonprofit called City Year partnering with Boston Public Schools to combat the existing opportunity and racial equity gaps in US school systems. I was drawn to Tepper as a career-switcher to strategy consulting, and to forge a comprehensive STEM-based business acumen. TCC has been instrumental in providing a network of support, and instilling the foundational skills needed to navigate my recruiting journey. I’m so excited to pay-it-forward with future students!

Bogdan Michka

VP of Firm Relations

My name is Bogdan Michka. I have an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and spent seven years as a submarine officer in the US Navy. I have extensive leadership and management experience as a technical and operational manager. I came to Tepper to leverage my analytical, managerial, and problem-solving skills and grow my understanding of how to effectively tackle business problems in the world today. I am excited to serve the board and help advance the consulting career aspirations of my fellow Tepper classmates!

Bhrigu Kapur

VP of Firm Relations

Hello, I am Bhrigu. I come from New Delhi, India. I have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science. I came to Tepper with five years of experience in public-sector consulting. The TCC was instrumental for me to secure my internship. I look forward to helping the next batch of students find their career in consulting. I love to debate and watch TV shows and movies!

Liya Kuang

VP of Strategic Planning

Hi, my name is Liya. Prior to my MBA, I worked in the retail industry across various functions, including finance, category management, and corporate strategy. In my previous roles, I really enjoyed leading cross-functional teams to develop strategies that solve business problems, and I came to Tepper to pursue a career in consulting so I can continue doing that but at a larger scale. At Tepper, I am pursuing concentrations in Business Technologies and Healthcare. TCC has provided the guidance and resources that prepared me to successfully recruit for my consulting internship, and I look forward to supporting Tepper students interested in consulting careers.

Siddharth (Sid) Mehta

VP of Mentorship & Education

Hello there; Sid Mehta here! I’m a lifelong learner from India—material scientist by degree and data scientist by experience. Prior to my MBA, I got to explore supply chain verticals in the consumer goods industry; there, my cross-functional role in analytics and project management impelled me to pursue an MBA and sharpen my leadership acumen. TCC has been a strong pillar of support in my recruitment journey, and I aim to share the warmth of that torch with all fellow Tartans. Bring a poké ball to catch me while reading my Kindle, munching on desserts, or arguing with someone over the importance of semicolon.

Jonathan Ostheim

VP of Finance

Hi! I'm Jon and am originally from nearby Johnstown, PA. I attended the United States Military Academy for undergrad, majoring in Economics. I spent 5 years as an Army Logistics Officer in Kansas and South Korea before moving to Wisconsin and pursuing a career in manufacturing. I came to Tepper to expand my business knowledge and pivot into a career in consulting. I am passionate about training and professional development, both in TCC and in Vets club. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and dog while cooking or kayaking. I am excited to assist club members in any way possible!

Kjell Pu

VP of Operations; Part Time Liaison

Hi! My name is Kjell (pronounced "Shell," like the gas station) and I'm a second year in the hybrid part-time program. I currently live in the Greater Boston Area and work at a health tech company where I manage an operations team. I enrolled in Tepper intending to switch functions within tech, but grew interested in consulting after attending a few TCC events. The TCC was such a helpful and invaluable resource as I navigated the recruiting process and I'm eager to pay it forward. In my spare time, I play soccer in an extremely mediocre rec league, persuade my daughter to eat her dinner, and paint over drywall holes left by the previous owners of our home. Please don't hesitate to reach out!
